Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Trainee to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are eager to build a career in IT sales and business development. As a trainee, you will learn how to generate business through online platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn under the guidance of our experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn how to identify potential clients and bid on relevant projects on freelance marketplaces.
• Write proposals, cover letters, and project outlines in professional English.
• Assist in client communication, lead generation, and follow-ups.
• Understand the company's services to pitch accurately and confidently.
• Work towards achieving weekly and monthly sales targets under supervision.

Requirements:

• Good English reading and writing skills are mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of IT services like websites, mobile apps, or digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication skills and a positive, learning-oriented attitude.
• Familiarity with computers, browsing, and online platforms.

Education:

• Minimum Graduate in any field (IT background preferred but not essential).

Training Details:

• Duration: 6 Months
• Timings:
  Monday to Friday – 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM
  Saturday – 09:30 AM to 02:00 PM
• Stipend: ₹6,000 per month (starting from the second month).
• Certification: After successful completion, trainees will receive a Training Cum 6-Months Experience Certificate.
• Job Opportunity: High-performing candidates may be offered a permanent role in the ompany after training.
